Safor Consultants is founder-led, but not dependent on a single-consultant delivery model. Where appropriate, engagements can involve experienced associates to provide additional perspective, independent review, delivery support and continuity.
For PMO support, portfolio reviews and larger assignments, this gives clients access to more than one senior view, helping strengthen constructive challenge, validate findings and provide practical cover where continuity is important.

Founder
Steve brings over 30 years’ experience across portfolio, programme, project and PMO delivery, with a focus on practical governance, executive reporting, delivery visibility and portfolio decision support.
His experience spans complex environments across professional services, engineering, manufacturing, construction and pharmaceuticals. His style is practical, direct and evidence-led, combining strong working relationships with useful insight, constructive challenge and recommendations that can be acted on.

Kevin has over 25 years’ experience leading transformation and complex change across healthcare, education, not-for-profit and cultural organisations. He helps organisations strengthen governance, improve performance visibility and turn strategic priorities into sustainable operational change through pragmatic leadership and disciplined delivery. Kevin has a particular interest in digital transformation and the practical application of AI to improve organisational performance.

Ranj has 20 years’ PMO leadership experience in global technology, banking and fintech sectors. He has a proven track record of successful program delivery by implementing best-in-class PMO frameworks, risk management strategies, and compliance controls, underpinned by building strong working relationships and effective communication.
